With a background in finance, business operations and real estate investments, Ryan launched Rapaski Capital Group in 2014 to bridge the gap between institutional discipline and entrepreneurial execution.
Prior to forming RCG, Ryan scaled and exited a successful wealth management business and began building a real estate portfolio & private credit platform from the ground up. His focus today is sourcing off-market opportunities, structuring creative capital stacks, and maintaining strong investor relations.
Ryan has participated in the acquisition, renovation, and repositioning of over 2,500 residential and industrial units, delivering consistent returns across multiple market cycles.
